MEMBERSHIP
BFC East Side was
established in Ellensburg August
of 2009, and presently consists of
seven members who are active in our
community.
If you think you would also like
to be a member of our organization, and
believe you would like to help us
fight cancer in children, then we'd like
to talk with you.
Membership
is open to men and women over 18
years of age who have a love of motorcycle
riding, and wish to dedicate a few
hours each month towards helping
families with children who are fighting
cancer. BFC has a diverse membership
with a broad demographic spectrum
of blue collar to white collar with
all ranges of income and education.
We all share a love for two wheels
on the open road and all of us have
been touched by cancer in one way
or another. We do what we can to
fight back against childhood cancer,
and we have a great time doing it.
Membership is $100.00 per year plus
the initial cost of the patches,
which is approximately $60.00.
If you are married there is a discount for your spouse. The only additional cost
would be for the patches.
Potential members (Prospects) are interviewed by the Chapter President in the area where they would like to join-up, and subsequently nominated by the President for a vote by the Chapter members, afterwhich the Prospect will serve a probationary period before they become a Full Member.
